Wonderful bonding time with DS

Now that I can spend more time with DS...I felt that I can see his growth much better. In terms of speech and physical. I realised that DS can pick up actions from commerical very fast and now he likes to dance to the tune of M1 latest commercial advertisment. DS likes me to sing songs to him and he will do the actions together with me. He also enjoyed asking me to read books to him or taking his doodle pad to ask me to draw (but my drawing super lousy lor..)
Also whenever I went back home, he will take the keys for me waiting for me to unlock the door and then help me take my handbag..He knows that whenever I went home, I will head straight to the toilet to wash my hands and leg so he will just wait for me by the door and after I come out, its always hugs and bao bao time (so sweet). I also enjoyed putting DS to bed as we will played for a while before both of us head to dreamland.. Oh yeah, tomorrow I am going to register DS for a place in Appletree playschool. Hope he will learn more things and have fun there..

18h Mth plus Milestone

Brought DS for his 18th old jab today. At 18mth plus (2molo is 19th mth), he weighs 10.10kg and his height is 81cm. Still at his 25th percentile but PD assure us that this is still ok. Jab as usual means struggling and crying. After the jab, DS quickly gave Dr Koh a goodbye kiss and pointed at the door..But we will be back in another mth time for his chicken pox jab.

Let me recall what have DS achieve over this period of time..
- knows more words and also two syllabus words such as auntie, uncle, sorry, xie xie, please, barney (but sounds like ai ni), elmo etc
- able to identify different type of transport vehicle such as bike, bus, car and train
- knows how to play his animal jigsaw
- able to do actions for some nursery songs when I sing those songs to him.
- when u asked DS to count, he will know how to use his finger to point and use his baby language to express
- knows his counting of 1,2 & 3
- able to identify some of DH family members such as ah pek, ku ku etc
- knows to said some animals names like dog, cat, monkey & bird
- have become a little tyrant when he doesn't get the things he wanted (very bad temper) plus a super destroyer.

Now, I hope to tain him to sleep without his pacifier but that will be difficult coz his pacifier is like his 'drug'. Without his pacifier, he cannot even sleep. Errmm...Wondering when can he wearn of this bad habit.

Seafood dinner @ Punggol on 24/05/08

Sis called me up in the afternoon to jio us for seafood dinner @ Punggol Marina. At first, we declined the invitation as I wanted to go to Clark Quay to watch the Art Festival. But after much persusion from Sis and my niece, we agreed to meet up. So let DS have his nap from 2plus to 4plus. After feeding him his milk, we quickly rushed out, as I do not want to be last to arrive. We were the fist to arrive so brought DS around to see yatch and some photo taking. Sisters arrived shortly and we proceed to have our sumptuous dinner. We order chilli crab, black pepper crab, tou fu, vegetables and man tou. *Yummy yummy* Even though we feed DS before we left the hse, he still managed to finish his bowl of rice and 1 man tou. After dinner, we went over to 2nd Sis home to rest and relax. Went to SIL place at ard 9pm plus as we wanted to bring DS for his first swim tomorrow.
